Acceptable Use of the Portal for All Users
- Users will NOT share their passwords with anyone, including family members.
- Users will not attempt to harm or destroy data of their own, their children, of another user, the school or district network or the internet.
- Users will not use the Southern Door County School District Campus portal for any illegal activity, including violation of Data Privacy laws. Anyone found to be violating laws will be subject to civil and/or criminal prosecution.
- Users will not access data or any account owned by another user, including family members.
- Users who identify a security problem with the Southern Door County School District Campus Portal must notify the Southern Door County School District immediately without demonstrating the problem to anyone else.
- Users who are identified as a security risk to the Southern Door County School District Campus Portal or any other Southern Door County School District computers or networks, may be denied access to the Southern Door County School District Campus Portal.
